Abdulahad Abu Rehab is Director of Legal Affairs and a senior member of the firm's disputes practice, with more than 18 years of legal experience.
Since joining the firm in 2011, he has represented companies and institutions in significant disputes in Kuwait. Since 2021, he has coordinated teams across litigation, arbitration, commercial advisory and contracts.
He also has significant experience in restructuring and insolvency, including preventive settlement and restructuring plans under Kuwait Law No. 71 of 2020.
