Ahmed El Salakawy advises companies, investors and senior management on complex commercial arrangements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the legal considerations affecting major projects and strategic decisions.
Before joining the firm, Ahmed served as Group Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at Towell International Holding and as Legal Manager at NCM Investment.
His combined law-firm and in-house experience enables him to approach matters from the perspective of both external counsel and the client.
