Dr. Yaqoub Abdulmohsen AlSanea is the Founder and Chairman of Dr. Yaqoub AlSanea & Partners. He established the firm in 1993 and has guided its development from a litigation-focused practice into a full-service Kuwaiti law firm, while preserving dispute resolution as the foundation of its work.
Over more than three decades in practice, Dr. AlSanea has advised and represented businesses, institutions and individuals in complex disputes before the Kuwaiti courts. He is admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.
Alongside his legal practice, Dr. AlSanea has served as Minister of Justice, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, and a member and Secretary of the Kuwait National Assembly.
