Moayad AlSuwaidan is a corporate and financial-services lawyer whose practice encompasses banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, financial regulation and complex commercial transactions.
As External Legal Counsel to the firm, Moayad advises local and regional clients on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Alongside his work with the firm, Moayad serves as Assistant General Manager – Legal Affairs at Gulf Bank and as a Visiting Professor at Kuwait International Law School.
